How we do it

Initial Consult

Every project begins with an initial on site 90-minute consultation. This is where we get to know each other, discuss your needs, wish lists, ideas, budget, along with how your family operates and your ideal lifestyle. During our time together we will also recommend which design package will work best for you.

Itemised Quote

We know that no two design projects are ever the same. We will always issue a return brief to you after our initial consult. Our brief will outline the scope of works that has been agreed, and also the fees associated with bringing your project to fruition.

3

Concept Design

This is where the exciting stuff happens. We begin the design process by creating an initial concept design for your project. We will then arrange a concept presentation including digital moodboards and a preliminary selection of fixtures, fittings and finishes.

4

Design Development

Depending on the services package selected, we will then continue with the design and development of your project. This could potentially include initial sketches of key areas; schedules of final selection of fixtures, fittings and finishes for approval; and, a 3D model for visualisation of your project.

5

Documentation

If included in your brief, we will then provide a set of CAD (computer-aided design) drawings of all the key areas of the interior. This is to allow you to seek quotes for the project, or if you wish we can also handle this process for you having worked with many reputable builders previously.

6

Construction/Site Supervision

We can provide site supervision during the construction phase of the project, including regular site-visits and defect inspections at the end of the build. This is always a good option to ensure the project is completed according to the design intent, and resolve any issues that may arise.
